HOW TO MAKE A FLAN

Ingredients:

• Four eggs

• Sugar

• Condensed milk

• Lemon (only the peel)

• Water

• Vanilla

First,put the sugar in a friying pan to make the caramel until it's like the picture (I put it with a little bit of water, but it's not necesary).

When the sugar is done, put it in the flan's mould.

Mix all the eggs in a bowl

Then, add the condensed milk (slowly),the peel of the lemon (only a bit,not all),a little bit of vanilla and a

half litre of water on a frying pan removing all the time.

When this mixture is hot, put all the ingredients that you have in a bowl and mix them. Then, put them in the flan's

mould

After that, put the mould in the furnance on a mould with water until it is already

set.

And finally eat it! It's delucious!
