LaDonna has been a member of HDI since 2006, serving in several local chapter officer roles including president for the Central Illini and Chicagoland chapters. She currently serves as district president for Region 2, District B. Darien Chimoff is HDI 2017 Conference Program Chair and has previously served as Track Chair for both the Fusion and HDI Conferences. She is the cofounder and past president of the HDI Atlanta local chapter, former director of the Southeast region, and past chair of the HDI Member Advisory Board, where she helped set the direction for the HDI local chapters. Darien has spoken at conferences and other industry events on a variety of topics related to world-class support.
