Administrator Site / Administration Tab How to Transfer Children Administrators have the ability to transfer children between classes in GOLD. Step 1 Select the ADMINISTRATION tab. Step 2 Select CHILDREN. Step 3 Select the child that you would like to transfer. Step 4 Expand the SELECT CLASS drop down menu. Step 5 Update the PROGRAM, SITE, TEACHER, and CLASS fields, as necessary. Step 6 Under CLASS DETAILS update the AGE OR CLASS/GRADE field, as necessary. Step 7 Select SAVE in the bottom right-hand corner and confirm transfer.
