How to Download on Laptop

Type on your Browser www.dropbox.com

Click the button on the top to download

This Page will appear

You will see below a bar installer

Click the Bar

Small bar will appear

Click Run to proceed

Small bar will appear

Once it will be completed

Another small bar will appear

When its done installing Drop box

Drop box tool bar show below your screen

Click that Button to Sign up for Drop box

Small page of Drop box will appear

Click sign up below to sign up

Enter your First Name

Your Last Name

Enter your Email to use for Sign in

Enter your Password

Check the Box below

Then, Click below sign up

Then, new box will appear

Click open Drop box to start

Welcome page will appear

Then, Click get started

Your File/Documents will sync in Drop box

Drop box looks like this on your PC/Laptop

Drop box is located at finder

Just Grab any files to your Dropbox

How to save works in Dropbox?

Once your done with you file

Click FILE on the top-right side

Click save as

Pop up will appear

Then Click Dropbox on the left

Then, Click Save

How to Share File from Dropbox

Choose the file and Right click

Pop up will appear

Click Share to share the file

Pop up will appear

Enter the Email

You can add a message

Click Invite or Share

Another way to share documents/file using Link

Right click the document/file

Then, Click Copy Dropbox Link

Now, you can send that link to anyone

What if your Laptop/PC is not with you?

You can open Online using your Email

Type on your Browser www.dropbox.com

Dropbox page will appear

Click Sign in on the top

Enter your Email

Your Password

Then, Click Sign in

Or Click Sign in with Google

If you sign up before using Google Account

Drop box Looks like when you open Online

Click the paper with + sign to upload file

Pop up will appear

Click choose file to start

Files will appear

Choose the file you want to upload

Then, wait until it will ready

Click Add more Files for more files

Once it is ready, Click Done

You see will the file on your Drop box

How to share your file from Drop box?

Right Click the file

Then, Pop up will appear

Click Share

Pop up will appear

Enter the Email of the Receiver

You can write your message

If you want feedback on your file

Click the Box below on the left

If your done, click Share

Click on the create a link on the right

That link you can use to share your files

You can Make a folder

And put all the file in one folder

So easy as that!!!
