Renewing dreams of ‘young seniors’ through social relations as to promote a sustainable

living.

Who are we?

Brazilian business focused at human sustainability, based in Uberlandia, Minas Gerais.

Who are our users?

The ‘young seniors’ – 60 year-olds, retired professionals; and the community – schools, public hospitals and NGOs.

What do we do?

We aim at providing the ‘seniors’ users with motivational and preparatory courses as to have both emotional and professional development – renewing dreams and experiences.

What do we do?

The institutions have the chance to speak their problems and contribute to scouting the human talents thei need to solve their own problem.

Where does the money come from?

The income for our budget comes from incentive funds, donations and private sector.

Stps

1. Institutions file for the position to be helped in our portal – get

ncluded in our database;

2. The school suggests some local community leaders to nominate

potential retired professionals;

3. selects and invites those professinals to join us in a

workshop – during a free-of-charge trip;

4. Our mentors provide motivational training and coaching in order to empower our users so that social networking can take place; dreams can be renewed – human sustainability gets at its peak;

5. At the end of the day, what all the users have is the chance to decide upon which way to go: social service, fulfil a dream or either to become a mentor, himself a sower of dreams.
