7 floors, complete renovation as well as all 7 corridors and the ball room.
Overseen demo, FFE, flooring, wallpaper, and tub and tiled shower.The work consisted of new texture and paint, tile, carpet and the replacement of the FFE including enlarging the bypass doors. The corridors consisted of new carpet and wall paper. I was also responsible for the material to be on site.

Responsible all Commercial construction, blueprints, engineering plans, layouts, sub-contractors and all activities on site for commercial projects, from start to finish. Performed customer service and orientations in a professional manner. Accountable for all activities from start to customer orientation. Involved in interim budgeting, contracting and interface with architects on design. Budgeted and contracted work on State projects. Scheduled, monitored and inspected all work from starts to completion; handled OSHA and state inspections. Processed timelines, guidelines and payroll for the project.
Hospitality Projects
Be Being held responsible for Franchise Spec. from the grounding breaking to include foundation, MEP's ,(mechanical , electrical and plumbing ), all interior finishes according to all spec and franchise guidelines. All hotels was 4 stories and ranging from 86 to 138 rooms. With indoor/outdoor pools and sauna, exercise room, , full kitchen for breakfast, full service bar meeting rooms that are 120ft by 50ft with sliding partition walls to make 3 rooms.
PROJECT SCOPE HAMPTON INN
Completed in less than a year, this 64,994 square foot Hampton Inn by Hilton includes 105
rooms, a two-story breakfast area, outdoor pool, fitness center and business center.
PROJECT SCOPE SPRING HILL
With only two like it in the nation, this 75,689 square foot hotel is a new prototype for Marriott. Built to attract young business travelers, it offers a sleek and modern design with 101 rooms, 7,500 square feet of meeting space, a fitness room, pool and lounge.
PROJECT SCOPE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS
This beautiful 48,000 square foot hotel consisting of 86 rooms, fitness room, meeting room, swimming pool, sitting area, breakfast bar, wood frame building.
Medical Projects
Altus Medical Center an Out-pat Surgery A structural steel building with metal studs, consisting 3 operating rooms, MRI and Cat-scan area, with the overview of the installation of Med gas lines. Working with in the guidelines of local and State requirements and inspections.

Warehouse Projects
Yuan-Ty Distribution center, a Warehouse/ office building., Tilt Wall
PROJECT SCOPE
This nearly 335,000 square foot tilt wall and pre-engineered metal building structure was built exclusively for a large Houston furniture distributor. The project scope included the build-out of a retail showroom, corporate offices and high-pile storage warehouse. The building includes 55 dock high overhead doors, 25-foot eave height and a stone/granite veneer.
Atlas Freight - Distribution center, Tilt walls.
PROJECT SCOPE
This 66,000 square foot tilt-wall facility included the shell construction and interior build-out for Atlas Freight Systems. The shell was completed in just five months and the interior build-out was designed to meet the tenant’s industrial needs.
Texas Textiles- Manufacturing building
PROJECT SCOPE
This 23,000 square foot manufacturing warehouse includes office space as well as a high-pile storage area. The development is an engineered metal building with EIFS finish.
Hunt and Hunt- Metal building
PROJECT SCOPE
This pre-engineered metal building manufacturing facility was a design-build project. The project consists of approximately 36,000 square feet of manufacturing space and offices with an additional 87,000 square feet of heavy-duty paving for product storage. The building features accessibility for full-size 18-wheeler trucks for loading and unloading materials inside the building.
Greens Crossing - Tilt Wall
PROJECT SCOPE
Built for Liberty Property Trust, these two conventional steel tilt wall industrial buildings feature anodized aluminum canopies which complement the curtain wall glass and glazing system as well as a fully-lit warehouse with caulked slab joints and Diamond hard floor sealer.
Building 4 – 67,200 square foot rear load building has a 28’ clear height and boasts a common ESFR sprinkler system fed from a common fire pump housed in Building 5.
