Brandon Metske
Brandon was an active member of the Lucknow Beef & the Lucknow Field
Crop 4-H Clubs. Brandon died suddenly on
Sunday, April 24, 2016, at the age of 11.
Henry Grobbink
Henry was an active 4-H Leader of the Sod Busters 4-H Club. He also served as a Board member of the Huron County 4-H
Leaders’ Association. After a long battle with cancer, Henry died on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at the age of 65.
Barry Gordon
Barry was a past 4-H Leader of the Sod Buster Club and a Board Member. Barry's father, Ross, founded the Sod Buster Club. Barry and his son
Ian were members of the Sod Busters Club. Barry has continued his father's 4-H Award, the
Ross Gordon Award. Barry died suddenly on
Friday, September 30, 2016, at the age of 62.
This year we have asked our 4-H club leaders to submit the names of individuals or organizations who have supported the 4-H program in Huron County in 2015, specifically to their club.
We wish to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone listed below. Thank you also, to all of the spouses, family members and friends that lend us a helping hand
