e The holiday season has come to an end and we have returned to our daily work routines. As we try to recover from all the festivities, the get-togethers

with friends and families and the holiday feasts, we now wonder what the year of 2016 has in store for us.

For Our City Media, the New Year brings another expansion. On behalf of my staff, I am excited to announce that we are once again growing our family of publications. Starting in March, we will be expand-ing our local community news magazines to reach an additional 20,000+ homes and businesses in the City of

Aventura as well as Sunny Isles Beach. The new Our City Aventura magazine will provide our readers with important and timely community and school news stories while allowing local and regional businesses to reach the residents of those communities.

As we embark on a New Year and new ventures, let me take this opportunity to wish all of our readers and advertisers a happy and healthy New Year from all of us at Our City Media!

Sincerely,

Sven BudzischPublisher/Owner

Many 14-year-old girls spend their time shopping with friends at the malls and eating at the food

courts, but this Hallandale Beach girl chooses to spend her time on the tennis courts. Amanda Anisimova recently won her first title at the International Tennis Federation’s highest level in Mexico City.

Anisimova is the first female born in 2001 to win the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Grade ‘A’ event trophy. Although not selected to a preferential position in the tournament, she beat others that were. Before going to the finals she overcame two others in the process only losing one set and having six victories going into the championship match. She then defeated Great Britain’s 16-year-old, Katie Swan 7-5, 3-6, 6-3 in the final “Grade ‘A’ Abierto Juvenil Mexicano”.

Anisimova, ranked No. 368, won five straight games after falling behind Swan who is ranked No. 6 among her peers. This was a great achievement for Anisimova after Swan defeated her at the Easter Bowl in April 6-2 and 6-3. In the third set she came back from 0-2 to win five straight

games again before closing out Swan and winning the ITF Grade ‘A’ event.

It was a proud moment as this young star accepted her trophy, the ITF award and the popular sombrero that all final-ists receive. If she continues defeating her opponents, she will land a spot in Australia in 2016 where she hopes to make her sec-ond slam appearance.

“This is probably one of the best tourna-ments I’ve played,” Anisimova said in the on-court interview. “It was really fun and I enjoyed playing here and all the support was just great.”

Coached by Konstantin Anisimov and the USTA’s Richard Ashby and Kathy Rinaldi, Anisimova was one of three girls who made up the ITF’s World Junior Tennis USA’s 14-and- under team competition in August. Anisimova, Tyra Hurricane Black and Caty McNally advanced to the final of the 16-team event, finishing second to Russia. Later on, Anisimova reached the quarterfinals of an ITF Grade 1 tournament in Maryland. She then qualified for the US Open in September, where she made her first appearance in a junior slam.

Miami Heat President, Pat Riley is a nine time NBA Champion, member of the professional basketball Hall

of Fame, best-selling author, philanthropist and motivational speaker. Later this month, he will be including the title “Joe DiMaggio American Icon Award” winner to his illustri-ous resume.

Riley is best known, especially in South Florida, for his success in the NBA. He has won championships as a player, coach and executive. He has also been the only person to be named “Coach of the Year” for three different teams (Lakers, Knicks and our very own Miami Heat) and was the league’s 2010-11 “Co-Executive of the Year”.

The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital “American Icon Award” is given to those that represent the highest values for which its namesake, Joe DiMaggio stood. It’s only been given twice before to former U.S. President Bill Clinton and NBA Legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson, a player Riley coached.

Riley will be the third recipient of the prestigious award when he receives it at a gala banquet honoring him on January 28th at the Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood at 6:30pm. This incredible event benefits thousands of children and families with

life-saving care provided every day at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is the largest regional children’s hospital, serving all of Broward, Palm Beach and northern Miami-Dade Counties. With 224 licensed beds, six operating rooms, and an entire floor dedicated to pediatric oncology, JDCH combines advanced technology, the exper-tise of some of South Florida’s most diverse board-certified pediatric specialists, and a patient and family-centered focus.

Tickets to the January 28th event are on sale for $250. Proceeds benefit the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the non-profit Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation which pro-vides philanthropic funding to the children’s hospital. The Art and Culture Center of Hollywood welcomed Argentinian artist Nina Surel during the holi-

days with her new exhibition, Sailing to Byzantium. The exhibit takes guests on an imaginary physical and spiritual journey as she translates William Butler Yeats’ poetic allegory of aging. In the exhibition, Surel uses multi-mediums such as sculpture, installation, sound and video to express this new body of work.

“There is a lot of intimacy in this show, it’s an emotional journey,” said Surel. “It will be the first time I do a show like this. Presenting something new is not easy for an artist, but the Art and Culture Center is a great place to do this. It’s a very nurturing place, and having Michelle (Weinberg) curate the show is great for

me, as she’s become a good friend and very supportive.”The focal point is the presence of a golden boat hanging from the ceiling. This

ordinary boat is method of transportation from the temporal to the eternal. It’s also a metaphor of the transformation from youth to old age. Despite the desire to maintain youthfulness, physical beauty declines with time. However, Surel utilizes gold leaf in her work which is associated with the “artifice of eternity”, the superior to the natural which fades.

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nina Surel has lived and worked in Miami since 2001. She spent time studying fashion and textile design at the Architecture & Urban Planning University of Buenos Aires, and costume and set

design at the Art Institute Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires.

Later this month, January 14th, Nina Surel and her artistic director for this exhibit, Michelle Weinberg will give a presenta-tion and a tour of the exhibition at 6:30pm. On Saturday, January 16th, from 1-3:00pm, Nina Surel will present a Green Screen Workshop for students in grades 5-12. Interested students will have this fantastic opportunity to collaborate with each other and Nina Surel as they learn to create a set, use props, costumes and makeup to shoot a mini-video using the green screen.

Nina Surel uses the green screen technique in the produc-tion of the videos exhibited. The process allows film and video artists to place a new backdrop behind actors and objects in any scene. This workshop involves working both in front of and behind the camera. No previous video or film experience is required. The workshop is $20 per student; maximum 20 students. However, registration is required.

Sailing to Byzantium will run through January 24, 2016. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10 am – 4 pm and Saturday-Sunday, noon-4 pm. To register for the workshop, visit www.artandcultu-recenter.org or call 954-921-3274.

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is known for their spectacular entertainment in South Florida. Currently celebrating twenty-five years, it’s been a

choice destination for residents and visitors to enjoy over 700 events each year. They offer a wide range of fascinating cul-tural performances such as theatrical plays, musicals, operas, ballet, comedy, symphony and so much more.

However, in order to maintain a top notch facility and programming, private funds are instrumental. The Broward Performing Arts Foundation was founded and established in 1985 to provide this support. Since its inception, the Foundation has continued to build its endowment to sustain operations and to support the Center’s programming, education and engagement initiatives for the South Florida community. Recently, a $58 million capital expansion campaign was com-

pleted which renewed and revitalized the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.In order to have success in such achievements, the Foundation looks to have

strong Board members. Hollywood resident and senior executive of Northern Trust, Thomas Oliveri, was just elected to join this prestigious group of accomplished individuals who support the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. He joins other newly appointed board members cardiologist Alan M. Schwartz, M.D. and entre-preneur and philanthropist Douglas J. Von Allmen.

Oliveri joined the Northern Trust family in 1999. As a senior market executive of The Northern Trust Company for Broward County, he is responsible for a team of professionals who serve high net worth clients and families with comprehensive

wealth management services. Prior to his current role, he served as Managing Director of Wealth Advisory Services based in Miami, with responsibilities for Northern Trust’s South Florida market. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of South Florida where he graduated Cum Laude. Oliveri has been very active in the civic and not-for-profit communities and currently serves on the following Boards / Committees: Anti-Defamation League, Honorary Regional Board Member; Memorial Foundation and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation, Second Vice-Chair; and South Broward Hospital District, Finance Committee Member.

All three of the recently elected board members have long-standing connections to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Northern Trust made its first commitment to the original campaign that built the Center. Schwartz has been a benefac-tor for more than 20 years and Von Allmen, a benefactor since 2002, most recently made a major gift to the Encore! capital campaign which resulted in the naming of the Von Allmen Plaza.

It was a holiday miracle for six-year-old

Hollywood resi-dent, Jonovan (aka Angel), who suffers from Blue Rubber Bieb Nercus. This rare disorder happens when abnormal blood cells affect the gastrointestinal system. Besides dealing with this life-threatening medical condition, Angel has been a victim of bullying. Fortunately, he participated in

“Macy’s Believe” campaign where he wished to one day be a professional skateboarder.

Macy’s and Make-A-Wish recently celebrated their seventh annual “National Believe Day”. This partner-ship helps grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions across America. By having Angel’s wish granted, his mother hopes that her son’s confidence will increase and that he can overcome these issues he has with bullies. The retail giant in Aventura along with Make-A-Wish Southern Florida collaborated to make this Watkins Elementary student’s wish extra special last month.

Macy’s Believe campaign invites “Believers” of all ages to bring or to send their stamped letters to Santa to their local Macy’s store. Macy’s then donates $1, up

to $1 million, to Make-A-Wish. However, on “National Believe Day”, Macy’s pledged to double their donation on this particular day. Make-A-Wish Southern Florida has granted more than 10,000 wishes since 1983 to bring hope, strength and joy to local children who have life-threatening medical conditions. So far, The Southern Florida chapter grants a wish every 16 hours, at an average cost of $5,000 each, for children in 13 Florida counties and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Typically, “wish kids” most often “wish” to be some-thing, “wish” to meet someone, “wish” to go somewhere or “wish” to have something. The nonprofit organization makes this happen for the child and his/her entire family at no obligation.

On the morning of “National Believe Day”, Angel and his family arrived at Macy’s at Aventura Mall by a chauffeur-driven limousine. Angel was then escorted like a celebrity to meet artist Marcus Borge and professional

skateboarder Paul Hurtado. Unbeknownst to this first grader, Borges was going to custom paint a brand new skateboard and Hurtado was going to give him lessons and teach him tricks.

In addition, Macy’s provided all sorts of clothing and gear to Angel. Borges and Angel then painted clothing to celebrate the occasion, and Hurtado boarded throughout the store with Angel among all the holiday shoppers. A Tony Hawk-themed cake completed the festivities. The wish didn’t end on this day, Angel will be preparing with Hurtado for his debut at a skate park in the upcoming month.

First Sergeant Manuel Valdez recently was recognized as one of the seven outstanding educators who were awarded the prestigious

Governor’s Shine Award. In honor of Veterans Day, Governor Rick Scott presented the award to those recipients who are active military or veterans dur-ing a meeting of Florida’s Cabinet.

The Governor’s Shine Award is given to teachers and administrators in Florida who make remarkable contribu-tions to the field of education. The state’s teachers of the year, outstanding teach-ers and administrators are highlighted and acknowledged in this program. Throughout the year, the Governor bestows medals to express apprecia-tion of these exceptional teachers and their commitment to continually pursue educational excellence in Florida’s education system.

Governor Rick Scott said, “These teachers bring valuable lessons from their military experiences to the classroom each day. As they prepare students for future success, these teach-ers offer students the opportunities to learn about leadership and service. I

am proud to honor seven brave men and women today for their dedication to our country and to our students.”

Although First Sergeant Valdez has received numerous awards and distinc-tions throughout his 20 plus years in his military career in the United States Army, he most recently was recognized as the 2015 United States Army Cadet Command Army Instructor of the year when he received the Department of the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal. The First Sergeant has worked in Broward County Public Schools for 16 years as an Army JROTC Instructor and currently teaches Leadership Education Training courses to cadets at Hollywood Hills High School.

The Hollywood Hills Military Academy JROTC Drill Team presently ranks best in the nation and state, and their Public Magnet Leadership Program continues to thrive with its rigorous curriculum and exceptional teachers like First Sergeant Valdez. The performance of the cadets, instructors, parents and administration has made the Academy a premier magnet school in Broward County.

Hollywood Hills Teacher Awarded the Prestigious Governor’s Shine AwardBY BeveRlY PeRkins

It was an exciting morning recently at the Hallandale Magnet High School. This

“A” rated school was the lucky recipient of a generous $75,000 donation from The Tibor & Sheila Hollo Charitable Foundation. These funds will be designated to establish a HealthCorps program to their already incredible curriculum.

On hand at the check presentation ceremony were School Board Members, Superintendent Robert W. Runcie, Mayor Joy Cooper, Tibor and Shelia Hollo, HealthCorps’ Chief Operating Officer Juan Berea and executives from Florida East Coast Realty along with students, parents, teachers, school administrators and district staff.

“Supporting causes related to children, health and education are very close to our hearts,” said Tibor Hollo, who has been working with HealthCorps throughout Miami-Dade County for nearly eight years through the Tibor and Sheila Hollo Charitable Foundation. “We’re excited to announce that this year’s donation will bring the HealthCorps University program to Hallandale High School as well as other schools in Broward County, helping to expand this valuable program throughout South Florida.”

The non-profit HealthCorps organization was founded in 2003 by heart surgeon and multi Daytime Emmy Award-winning television host Dr. Mehmet Oz and his wife to help educate students on nutrition, fitness and mental resilience, as well as to inspire students to adopt healthy lifestyles. This healthier lifestyle movement is building nationwide with a goal to keep reaching a wide network of American

communities, especially in areas among high-need populations. In 2012, they started HealthCorps University in which profession-als are taught and trained the principles and a specific curriculum to implement in their schools. The certified HealthCorps Coordinators serve as peer-mentors and help lead unique in-school and community programming.

“The considerable donation from Tibor and Sheila Hollo is pivotal in sustaining and growing HealthCorps’ efforts to lead a nationwide movement toward a new generation of healthy young people,” said Dr. Mehmet Oz. “HealthCorps University provides a continual approach to infusing schools with health and wellness-minded

leaders, and I’m thrilled that Broward County schools are the beneficiaries and HealthCorps continues its growth in South Florida.”

Fortunately, twenty Hallandale High teachers already received HealthCorps University training as they learned the skills and concepts to integrate into their classrooms. The HealthCorps curriculum is composed of four units: Skills for healthy eating, Skills for a healthy body, Skills for a healthy mind and Skills for a healthy YOU. Students attending this magnet school which features S.T.E.M., Criminal Justice, Health Science, Business, Graphic Design and Broadcasting/Film will now have the opportunity to expand their knowledge in an area so impor-tant to their daily lives. By implementing these new skills, they will be guaranteed to succeed in anything they choose to do.

In celebration of the 2015 Miami International Book Fair, children’s book author/illustrator Eric Velasquez traveled from his New York

City home to share his book, “Los Discos de mi Abuela” with the Hallandale Elementary staff and students. The accomplished author and Fashion Institute of Technology instructor read the story in two different sessions to the kindergarten through third grade dual language students.

The book’s English title translation is “Grandma’s Records”. The author’s memoir depicts a Puerto Rican boy who spends his sum-mers at his grandmother’s apartment in Spanish Harlem. During their time spent together they dis-cover a mutual love of music and their homeland as they listen to her old albums and dance to the merengue and the conga. They get to attend a live performance by their favorite Puerto Rican band and develop a bond that will last a lifetime along with a deep understanding of the connec-tion between the music and love of their country.

Prior to his arrival, teachers had the students read the book to connect with the story, as well as write their own stories to create a group book as a gift to the author. During his visit, Velasquez

shared his journey of becoming an illustrator, and how his love for comic books became his inspiration to read and draw. He also explained

and showed the creative process of drawing a book from a rough sketch to a “book dummy” to the finished art.

Hoping to influence the Hallandale Colts, he also spoke about his reluctance to read in his early grade school years and brought along his first hand drawn homemade comic book and talked about where he learned to paint. The educational presentation introduced students to the culture discussed in his book as they listened to the music and looked at photos and a video of the actual band mentioned in the best-selling book.

The Dual Language program offered at Hallandale Elementary incorporates English speaking students with students whose native language is one other than English. The goal of this unique program is to provide students the opportunity to become fully bilingual by learning listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in two languages.

Inviting the well-known author to share his Spanish book was a great way to enforce the dual language goals while inspiring students to become successful. Each student received a free copy to take home to read to their families, therefore further enforcing relationships and reading skills.

South Florida is often the focus of controversy because of the frequency of unlicensed indi-viduals performing cosmetic surgery. More

than 15.6 million cosmetic procedures were per-formed in 2014. Americans spent 12.9 billion dollars on face lifts, Botox injections, breast augmenta-tions and other purely aesthetic and technically unnecessary cosmetic procedures. Because of the overwhelming desire to look and feel better, people will often choose their plastic surgery based on cost and availability. Unsuspecting patients will respond to a billboard advertising cheap buttock enhancement or breast augmentation without con-

sidering the qualifications of the person performing the procedure. Family practitioners, internal medicine physicians, dentists, and general

surgeons are not plastic surgeons. Furthermore, taking a weekend course taught by a poorly trained or minimally qualified physician does not suffice for an accredited surgical residency program and board certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) certifying organization.

It is important that any cosmetic surgical procedure be performed by a surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery is not a board accredited by the ABMS, and therefore, its members do not have the documented training or certifica-tion as a physician certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the American Board of Facial and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. No patient should ever undergo any surgical procedure by a physician who doesn’t have hospital privileges to perform that procedure. Hospital committees review credentials, experience, and recommendations of physicians prior to granting privileges to perform surgery in their facility. No procedure, whether it is non-invasive or an actual surgery, should be performed in someone’s house, hotel room, or garage, as is often reported after a disastrous complication occurs.

Patients should be evaluated and treated in licensed, accredited facili-ties, and anesthesia should only be administered by either a board certified anesthesiologist or certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). When a potential patient is told that their procedure should be performed only under local because anesthesia is not safe, you should beware.

Practitioners will advertise procedures under local only for two reasons. First, they don’t have privileges to perform the procedure in an outpatient cen-ter or hospital, or the facility is not accredited. In that case, only procedures under straight local anesthesia can be performed.

A word of caution about synthetic injections to enlarge or enhance the but-tocks, underground centers will inject silicone or other unknown substances into the buttocks. The quality and potential toxicity of these chemicals can have life threatening complications. Accredited facilities are more likely to use only FDA approved fillers and are required to maintain specific stan-dards of care to ensure patient safety.

Always remember to research your physician. Require board certification by only an ABMS certifying organization. Look for membership in selective societies, such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, which require documented experience in cosmetic surgery. All board certified physicians should participate in the Maintenance of Certification or MOC and document that they’re continu-ing their medical education to compete with today’s advancing medical technology.

Finally, remember that you may cut costs by getting a good deal at a sub-par center, but in the long run, it may end up costing much more than a few extra dollars.

Dr. Messa is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, an active member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a recognized expert in cosmetic plastic surgery and consultant for Allergan Medical and has achieved the Black Diamond Award as one of the top 1% of plastic surgery practices in the country by volume.

Molly is a one year old mixed breed rescue dog that was found with her siblings on the side of the road in a rainstorm. although she’s just a small 9 pound little girl, she is super lovable. Her favorite person was her human sister amanda who left for college, so now it’s her human mom. Her favorite toys are a stuffed owl and squeaky boot, both given to her by her grandmas who like to spoil her. she likes to tug on any toys and run after tennis balls. she dislikes being left at home. Her favorite thing to do is to go on walks after dinner. she was last seen hiding under the blankets.

Tainah Georges, director of Admissions and Student Activities, shares some information on commonly asked questions about the educational institution

What distinguishes your school from others? we are a vibrant, college preparatory founded by the Society of Mary-Marianists (a Catholic congregation of religious men) we are also a mid-size school where we know all our students No one is a number or just part of a huge crowd we pride ourselves on being able to forge strong bonds

among all members of our com-munity and to nurture a family spirit where everyone is respected and welcome

What grades do you serve? we provide college preparatory edu-cation and faith development to students in grades 9-12 while we are a Catholic school, we are open to and grateful for all of our students, regardless of their faith tradition The four years of high school are the foundation for all future adult endeavors and we believe a high school should provide a supportive environment with superior instruc-tion we emphasize both these aspects for our students

A t Zombek Orthodontics, patients are more than just another mouth, they are family dr Steven Zombek and his experienced and talented staff treat each patient with compassion and care The practice has a repu-

tation for utilizing cutting edge technology in a courteous, professional and family-oriented environment

dr Zombek explains what drew him to the orth-odontia specialty and why patients prefer Zombek Orthodontics

What made you want to be an orthodon-tist? I always had a love for science and origi-nally wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon, but decided against that because the landscape for medicine was changing I started to explore other fields and after shadowing several dentists and specialists, I fell in love with orthodontics I guess the meaning of my last name foreshadowed my career path while I was in dental school my grandmother conveyed to me that Zombek in Polish meant “little tooth ” At that point I knew I had found my true calling

What is your training? I went to dental school at The University of Pennsylvania I completed my orthodontic residency at Montefiore/Albert einstein College of Medicine where I served as chief resident and received the leo davidoff Award for teaching excellence

What services do you provide? There are many modalities used in our office we treat patients using both metal and ceramic braces we offer the latest in orthodontic technology by offering Insignia The custom-made braces and robotically bent wires for more precise alignment of

teeth cut treatment time by roughly 25% while braces are still the most popular amongst kids, we treat a large majority of our adult patients with Invisalign we have seen increased demand for InvisalignTeen which affords kids six free replacement aligners and has a color indicator to make sure that they are worn for the prescribed amount of time Finally, we no longer take impression in our office as we use an intra-oral scanner

What can patients expect when they visit your office? Patients can expect to be treated like family From the moment they make the first phone call to the day the braces come off, they will receive outstanding customer service They can rest assured that they will be treated to the highest standard of care using the very best materials and technologies available

What differentiates Zombek Orthodontics from other practices? I like to say that my practice is a family-friendly office I spend a lot of time with patients and their families at the consult I want them to feel welcome and have a clear understanding of what the treatment entails I believe in an open line of communication with my patients and their families In addi-tion, we pride ourselves on being on time and not making patients wait

Anything else you would like readers to know? At Zombek Orthodontics, consults are complimentary we take all PPO’s and our pay-ment plans are very flexible as we know that braces can be an expensive proposition we try to make it work for everybody

Zombek Orthodontics is located at 4480 Sheridan Street in the Emerald Hills Professional Square; it has another location in Weston. The Hollywood office is open Monday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-4pm, with one day a month from 1-7:30pm. For more infor-mation, call (954) 961-2695 or visit www.zombekortho.com.

s The wellness Center at Post Haste Pharmacy isn’t your typical retail location to pick up your medications It’s an experience worth

visiting Since 1970, Post Haste has been a home-town favorite among locals with its specialized products, comprehensive services, friendly atmo-sphere and even a post office This pharmacy of the future incorporates a compounding pharmacy where custom medicine is designed for individuals in the neighborhood as well as those in 37 other states The goal of the center is to take care of overall health needs, as they look at patients as a whole, as opposed to individual parts This also distinguishes and differentiates them from the competition

dr Robert Fishman P d , Cn, Bs, C P , Owner and Pharmacist took some time to answer some com-monly asked questions about the compounding pharmacy

What products/services does your business offer? Besides carrying general, specialty and herbal medicines, surgical supplies, vitamins, minerals and other supplements, we provide nutritional counseling, health screenings, breast thermal imagery and weight loss consulta-

tions In addition, we have a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for anti-aging, wound healing and brain injury we also have a holistic podiatrist, chiro-practor and acupuncturist on staff Our caring staff are bilingual as they speak French and Spanish among other languages which make our patients always feel comfortable and at home

What are the latest trends in your busi-ness? Natural bioidentical hormones, which we have been dispensing since 1985, have become more popular in today’s world where other methods of treatment are sought out we do saliva testing as opposed to blood work to determine the problems of the patients and then compound medicines specifically to meet the needs of each of these individuals

What can customers expect when they visit your business? Customers can always expect personalized one on one consultations and a customized health plan to maintain well-ness in a friendly and caring environment

Is there anything else you would like read-ers to know about you or your business? we practice functional medicine Functional medicine is intended to bridge the existing diagnostic and therapeutic gaps Backed by over 40 years of research, this technol-ogy clearly continues to deliver life-changing results economically, considerable time and substantial amounts of money could be saved simply be taking advantage of the benefits of this powerful technology in the emerging field of functional medicine
