5/9/13 Brown & Toland Physician’s Town Hall Event, San Francisco, CA

I hope you had an amazing weekend! I can’t thank you enough for everything you did to go way beyond my expectation of QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You were right there with me side by side every step of the way in planning this event and in some cases you were two steps ahead (e.g. suggestions for the photo booth J) which worked out in our favor!!! I will be looking forward to working with you on other events in the future. Every logistical detail of our event went off without a hitch and expertise were to credit! I hope other customers that you work with are as appreciative of your talent and ability at doing what you do.

10/10/12 E-Tourism Summit, San Francisco, CA

Just a little note to thank you and the Hotel staff for all your hard work and help with eTourism Summit last week. Everybody gets a gold star. Also a special mention to Michelle who handled all our crazy last minute curve-balls in the morning of Oct. 11 all by herself. It did not go by unnoticed, we really appreciate it. Hope to work with all of you again in the future.

I hope you had a lovely weekend! I just wanted to thank you and your team for your efforts at our event, Anaerobic Digestion. Oliver was very pleased with the team and the smooth running of the event. You were also all very attentive with me in the lead up to the event so thank you for that.

7/18/11 Women’s Committee of the Cleveland Orchestra 90th Anniversary Event, Severance Hall, Cleveland, Ohio

Words fail me! On behalf of The Women’s Committee, I want to thank all of you so very much for making our 90th Anniversary celebration such a smashing success. Everyone had such a good time and my email hasn’t stopped pinging since Monday afternoon with people (men too!) who want to become involved! From start to finish this event went seamlessly. I have been thanked constantly for the day , but truth be known the accolades belong to all of you as much (and probably even more) than they do me. Please know that all of you have my deepest respect and gratitude.
