TEST REDIS TRICTING LAW Attorneys W H Holt W C Halbert E L Worthington and George DuRelle filed suit on Mon ¬ day in the Butler Circuit Court alleging the unconstitutionality of the recent redistricting act passed by the last Legislature The petition asks that the law be declared unconstitutional and void upon the ground that the law violates that provision of the Constitution requiring representa ¬ tion to he equal and uniform and that the various representative and senatorial districts shall be composed of the most compact and contiguous territory no more than two counties
