IBM Student Opportunity System

The IBM Academic Initiative System z team has been working with colleges and universities around the world to build a pipeline of graduates who have knowledge and skills on Enterprise System (mainframe) technologies. These talented students have posted their resumes on our IBM Student Opportunity System database. Students qualify to enter their resumes in the database by meeting one or more of the following criteria:

– Received an IBM Certification or passed an IBM Mastery test (for example, IBM System z Entry level for z/OS System Programmer Mastery test)

– Completed a college or university course using IBM technologies

– Participated in a contest using an IBM technology (for example, IBM Master the Mainframe contest)

– Used an IBM technology during an internship
