L I C E N S E S :

Only competitors and team officials holding a valid IFSC international license are allowed to register

for the competition.

R E G I S T R A T I O N O F T E A M A N D C O M P E T I T O R S :

Member Federation may register, within statutory deadlines, team officials for one of the following

roles:

a) One (1) Head of Delegation

b) Up to three (3) coaches per discipline

c) Up to three (3) qualified medical or para-medical personnel

Member Federations may register as competitors:

a) 2019: any current adult / youth World / European Champions (who shall be registered for

the discipline in which they are champion) and any current adult / youth Overall World /

European Champion. …

b) up to four (4) competitors fo each Category in each relevant discipline

Attention: There will be no additional Quota for the missing EYCH in Combined (6.4.2)

In addition, each Member Federation registering a team for the EYCH shall pay an annual fee and an

individual fee per competitor per discipline in accordance with the European Council fee system.

For the registration on Thursday it is necessary for all team managers to show the passports or ID-

cards of their competitors to get them registered.

Voronezh Airport is located 13 km from the city center (http://voz.aero/). There are flights from

airports of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and some other cities of the world.

The city can be reached by bus or taxi (€ 5,- to € 10,- per taxi).

There is a convention fast train No. 740 at 08:15 and a train No. 738 at 16:50 from Moscow, which

takes 6 hours to Voronezh. (https://pass.rzd.ru/main-pass/public/en - railway booking service) For Departure please input MOSKVA (Moscow); for the Arrival please input VORONEJ 1 (Voronezh). It’s not possible to by

railway tickets earlier than 45 days prior the departure date!

The main climbing wall consists of a speed climbing wall and a lead climbing wall of 450 m2. The

height of the wall is 18 meters, width 22 meters, overhanging from 1 to 8 meters.
