Narrative: MO The informant Peter FARTHING of Salvation Army Sydney informed police that the victimlGK I

had been sexually assaulted by the nominated suspect whilst he was in the care of the Salvation Army Boys home. The assault involved the suspect touching the victims penis and genitals. No other details are known.

General Report The June 2008, Salvation Army located in Sydneys South, forwarded a letter to the Queensland Police detailing allegations that the nomianted suspect Captain Lawrence Allan WILSON had sexually assaulted the victim whilst he was in the care of the Riverview Boys Home which was run by the Salvation Army. At the time of this offence, the suspect was employed by the Salvation Army as the manager of the boys home. Enquiries have been conducted into the nominated suspect. The suspect in this investigation is Lawrence Allan WILSON (27/01/36). The suspect died in Sydney on the 20/06/08. In accordance with PAC procedures manual, the status of this investigation is to be changed to solved as there is sufficient evidence to determine the offender committed the offence, but will not be charged as the offender had died before po lice have proceeded with the charges. This investigations is now solved.
