Dopo il primo modello base FRX300 per lavorazioni CNC su metalli preziosi, ora TWIN-E rappresenta la sintesi tra la meccanica di precisione e la tecnologia laser di SISMA. Questa macchina multi-funzione è stata progettata per realizzare pressoché illimitate combinazioni di fresatura con diamantatura e lavorazioni laser. Grazie alla precisione degli assi controllati, la macchina trasferisce sul metallo il percorso grafico attraverso gli utensili selezionati per la produzione in larga scala (set & forget). In caso l’uso del laser sia prioritario, DUAL costituisce una soluzione alternativa combinando una stazione laser indipendente a fianco della fresa in modo che la testa laser si possa trasferire solo quando richiesto dal ciclo automatico.

SISMA affirms the power of combining different expertises for the development of new

solutions for discerning customers. After the entry level FRX300 for CNC machining on

precious metals, now TWIN-E is the synthesis of SISMA micro-mechanics and laser-

technology. This is the all-in-one machine designed for almost unlimited combinations

of milling with diamond-cutting and laser processing. Thanks to the precise control

of the working axes, the machine realizes the graphic path on the metal right through

the selected tools for the mass-production of special items (set and forget). In case of

primary use of the laser, DUAL is the alternative solution combining an independent

laser station on the side of the milling machine so the laser head may transfer just

Two versions of the FRX300 milling machine are characterized by different set-up.

FRX300 Professional set up for continuous plate machining by 2.5D software (software 3D on request).

FRX300 Master set up for 4th-5th axes machining of round profiles and also pre-arranged for the alternative use of all other equipments designed for plate machining.
