Initiative & Change Request Details (1 of 5)1. Deploy IPC & Provider Setup Accessibility Fixes - The objective of this change is to make the online IPC and Provider Setup Screens section 508 accessibility compliant.2. Deploy YES Assessment CANS, CE and Consent –
2a. New YES Assessment Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Assessment online screen -This change will introduce new CANS Assessment screen for use by the YES Waiver Program.2b. Modification of Clinical Eligibility business rules - This is the enhancement to the Clinical Eligibility business rules to link with the new YES Assessment CANS tool.1c. Modifications of Consent screen - This is the enhancement to the existing online Consent screen to display the new YES Assessment CANS option for user selection.
3. Deploy CR -114-Modifications to Inpatient Care Waitlist - The objective of this change request is to implement the Mental Health program’s request to add two new required questions (Higher level of care needed? and Meets mental health civil commitment criteria?) and to the existing Inpatient Care Waitlist Entry Screen and the Inpatient Care Waitlist screen in CMBHS application.4. SA Data Downloads - Set #1 (5 screens) - This initiative when implemented will now allow the contracted SUD providers to download records during the business hours in XML or EXCEL format using a new online request screen in CMBHS. The changes will also enhance the existing automated downloads functionality. The first set of 5 screens are:

Deploy CR -110 - New Life Event Notes Screen - The objective of this change request is to implement the Substance Use Disorder program’s request to develop a non-billable Life Event Note for clients receiving services at any Prevention and Intervention Locations.
6. Deploy CR -111- Modifications to Close Case Screen - The objective of this change request is to implement the Substance Use Disorder program’s request to add 3 new required questions in Close Case screen when the case type is PPI Case Management. These new questions are:• Did the client’s children receive all recommended well-child visits?• Client reports abstinence at close case from PPI Program? • Is client’s family currently involved with DFPS CPS?
7. Deploy CR -112-Modifications to Pregnant & Postpartum Intervention (PPI) Screening- The objective of this change request is to implement the Substance Use Disorder program’s request to add the below questions and associatedbusiness rules to the PPI screen:• How many children? • Did you have a child in the past 18 months?• Are you less than 28 weeks pregnant?• Have you been told your pregnancy is high-risk?• Are you a parenting female?• Are you a parenting male?• If your family currently involved with CPS?

Deploy CR -106 - Associate provider with regions - The objective of this change request is to implement the HHSS Decision Support unit’s request to associate provider organizations with regions and counties in a way that the data can be easily and accurately retrieved by Decision Support staff for reporting purposes.Note –The scope for this initiative is not yet final and will be further developed in near future.12. Deploy new BO reports for the Recovery Support Service (RSS) Program - The objective of this initiative is design and develop new BusinessObject reports for the RSS Program. Deploy 3rd Party Billing feature – The objective of this initiative is to build functionalities in CMBHS, leveraging the existing claims and billing features to allow contracted SUD providers to bill 3rd parties (private insurances, TMHP etc.) for eligible services covered by those entities. The state will pay for services not covered by other entities.Note –The scope for this initiative is not yet final and will be further developed in near future.14. Deploy CR -078 - Court Ordered Commitments Changes – The objective of this change request is to add a new page in CMBHS for Local Mental Health Authorities (LMHAs) and any other contracted Mental Health providers to report information related to non-criminal outpatient court-ordered commitment(s) information for mental health treatment.Note –The scope for this initiative is not yet final and will be further developed in near future.15. Deploy CR -098 - Spanish Version of Consent Screen – The objective of this change request is to build a Spanish translated Printout of the existing Consent screen so that clients that have limited English proficiency can be printed outfor reading and signature.16. Deploy CR -039 - SA claims Recoupement Scenarios - The objective The objective of this change request is to implement new business rule and screen changes whereby the CMBHS system will not pay contracted SUD providers for services they are not delivering as required by contract. The proposed business rules introduced part of this initiative will eliminate payment for services that were not appropriately documented, thereby reducing the risk to the agency. Note –The scope for this initiative is not yet final and will be further developed in near future.17. Deploy SB 58 Mandate for MCO Authorization Data changesNote –The scope for this initiative is not yet final and will be further developed in near future.
