SPECIAL PRAYERS ORACIONES ESPECIALES
“Humanity will not achieve peace until it is addressed with confi-dence to My mercy” (Diary, 300) The main purpose of the Feast of Divine Mercy is to bring to the hearts of each person the following message: God is Merciful and loves us all ... "and the greater the sinner, the greater the right that he has. to My mercy "(Diary, 723). In this message, which Our Lord has sent us through Saint Faustina, we are asked to have full confidence in the Mercy of God, and to be always merciful to our neighbor through our words, actions and prayers ... “because faith without works, no matter how strong, is use-less” (Diary, 742). In order to properly celebrate this holiday, it is recommended to pray the Chaplet and the Novena to the Divine Mercy; to confess - for which it is indispensable to first carry out a good examination of conscien-ce - and to receive Holy Communion on the day of the Feast of Divine Mercy. We must trust in the Mercy of the Lord. Jesus, through Sister Faustina tells us: “I wish to grant unimaginable graces to the souls that trust in my mercy, to approach that sea of mercy with great confidence, sinners will obtain justification and the righteous will be strengthened in good. To the one who has placed his trust in my mercy, in the hour of death I will fill his soul with my divine peace”. Trust is the essence, the soul of this devotion and at the same time the condition to receive thanks. “The graces of my mercy are taken with a single container and this is the trust.The more a soul trusts, the more he will receive.The souls that trust without limits are my great consolation and on them I shed all the treasures of my graces. I am glad you ask for much because my desire is to give much, very much The soul that trusts in my mercy is the happiest, because I take care of it myself No soul that has invoked my mercy has been disappointed or felt any confusion. I am particularly fond of the soul that trusts my goodness”. Mercy defines our attitude towards each person. “I demand from you works of mercy that must arise out of love for me You must show mercy always and everywhere You can not stop doing it or excuse or justify yourself I give you three ways of exercising mercy: the first is action; , the word, and the third, the prayer, in these three forms the fullness of mercy is enclosed and it is an unfailing testimony of love towards me, in this way the soul praises and adores my mercy”.

“La humanidad no conseguirá la paz hasta que no se dirija con con-fianza a Mi misericordia” (Diario, 300) La Fiesta de la Divina Misericordia tiene como fin principal hacer llegar a los corazones de cada persona el siguiente mensaje: Dios es Miseri-cordioso y nos ama a todos ... “y cuanto más grande es el pecador, tanto más grande es el derecho que tiene a Mi misericordia" (Diario, 723). En este mensaje, que Nuestro Señor nos ha hecho llegar por medio de Santa Faustina, se nos pide que tengamos plena confianza en la Misericordia de Dios, y que seamos siempre misericordiosos con el prójimo a través de nuestras palabras, acciones y oraciones... "porque la fe sin obras, por fuerte que sea, es inútil” (Diario, 742). Con el fin de celebrar apropiadamente esta festividad, se recomien-da rezar la Coronilla y la Novena a la Divina Misericordia; confesarse -para la cual es indispensable realizar primero un buen examen de conciencia-, y recibir la Santa Comunión el día de la Fiesta de la Divina Misericordia. La esencia de la devoción se sintetiza en cinco puntos fundamenta-les: Debemos confiar en la Misericordia del Señor. Jesús, por medio de Sor Faustina nos dice: “Deseo conceder gracias inimaginables a las almas que confían en mi misericordia. Que se acerquen a ese mar de misericordia con gran confianza. Los pecadores obtendrán la justificación y los justos serán fortalecidos en el bien. Al que haya depositado su confianza en mi miseri-cordia, en la hora de la muerte le colmaré el alma con mi paz divina”. La confianza es la esencia, el alma de esta devoción y a la vez la con-dición para recibir gracias. “Las gracias de mi misericordia se toman con un solo recipiente y este es la confianza. Cuanto más confíe un alma, tanto más recibirá. Las almas que confían sin límites son mi gran consuelo y so-bre ellas derramo todos los tesoros de mis gracias. Me alegro de que pidan mucho porque mi deseo es dar mucho, muchísimo. El alma que confía en mi misericordia es la más feliz, porque yo mismo tengo cuidado de ella. Ningún alma que ha invocado mi misericordia ha quedado decepcionada ni ha sentido confusión. Me complazco particularmente en el alma que confía en mi bondad”. La misericordia define nuestra actitud ante cada persona. “Exijo de ti obras de misericordia que deben surgir del amor hacia mí. Debes mos-trar misericordia siempre y en todas partes. No puedes dejar de hacerlo ni excusarte ni justificarte. Te doy tres formar de ejercer misericordia: la pri-mera es la acción; la segunda, la palabra; y la tercera, la oración. En estas tres formas se encierra la plenitud de la misericordia y es un testimonio indefectible del amor hacia mí. De este modo el alma alaba y adora mi mi-sericordia”.

Parents are invited to register their children for
Bible classes in the summer. The registrations will
be open all the month of June and the first week
of July of the present year. Last year, 90 children
and 40 young people participated. We hope this
year will increase attendance.
