About WDH
- WDH formed as a result of a large voluntary stock
transfer in 2005.
- We now own and manage ~31,500 residential
properties in Wakefield and the wider Yorkshire area.
- WDH is part of Northern Shared Services and provides
responsive repairs for a further ~14,000 properties.
- WDH offers a Carelink service to over 15,000
customers throughout Wakefield District

WDH and Cadcorp
• October 2013: Cadcorp were awarded the tender to replace WDH’s previous web mapping solution. By early 2014 we were up and running.
• We introduced Web Map Layers 8.0 in August 2018
• We’ve also been using the various iterations of Map Editor and Modeller and have started using SIS9 recently.
