LUNCHTIME STRETCH SESSION SunTrust Plaza will be offering free yoga sessions on the 2 nd and 4 th Wednesdays of the month in March. Sessions will take place in the stretching area of the Fitness Center, beginning at 12:30 PM and will last 45 minutes. To participate, you must have a Fit- ness Center Waiver on file with the management office, and must sign the Yoga Participation waiver. TORNADO DRILL
Portman Management LLC will be conducting a Tornado Drill on March 11, 2020 from 9:45 AM to 9:55 AM in both SunTrust Plaza and Sun-Trust Plaza Garden Offices. All tenant compa-nies are encouraged to have their employees participate in this essential drill to exercise their life safety response plans. In the event of any emergency, knowledge and preparation can make a difference in a more favorable outcome.
A tornado drill is different from the fire drill pro-cedures. Fire alarms and drills usually involve only 3 to 6 floors and require the use of the emergency stairwells only to evacuate to a safe assembly area.
We encourage everyone to use this event as
an opportunity to practice your own emergen-
cy response to a severe weather or tornado
incident by taking shelter in restrooms, interior
offices, meeting rooms, or stairwells. Refresh
