Local Support for the Fountain FundProvides Second Chances

Virginia National Bank is proud to join other businesses in supporting the loanprograms of the Fountain Fund to help the formerly incarcerated pay off sometimeshefty court costs that they incur while in the criminal justice system It was recently

announced that the Fountain Fund raised $500000 for their programs

The Fountain Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit lender that provides microloans toformerly incarcerated individuals who would not qualify for traditional lines of credit

but have viable job prospects or entrepreneurial ventures Loan funds can be used topay court-imposed debt job-related expenses transportation and housings costs

child support or to start a business
