On arrival Eagle Road was said by all those present to be the instigator of the issues and he was found to be intoxicated, admitting to drinking a 12 pack. The renter was advising that she just wanted him to leave. He said that he had nowhere to go to stop the problems and that he wanted to go back to S. Dakota. When I mentioned doing a CPC hold at the Jail he said that he was, "ready to go." He was then handcuffed (double locked / checked for fit) and transported to the Jail for the hold.
