CONFERENCE CENTRE Our spacious conference rooms have curtained windows for data projection purposes. If daylight is required, the large windows offer views of orchards, vineyards, pools, gardens and mountains. The conference rooms are air-conditioned (Hot & Cold). They can accommodate up to 100 people. For larger groups, our Shed provides all the room you may require. Shed may be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Equipment Our facility is equipped with 30 tables and 400 chairs. The conference rooms feature large screens and DVD players, video projectors, and whiteboards, which can also serve as flipcharts (bring your own pens and paper OR purchase from us). Access to a photocopier, printer and wireless Internet are available upon request at an extra charge. A small tuck shop is available at times convenient to your group and our managers on duty. BOOKING PROCEDURES
1. A 50% Booking Deposit and a Breakage Deposit of R2000 is required in order to reserve your retreat dates. The breakage deposit will not be deducted from your final bill, but will be paid back into your bank account, within 7 working days after your stay, less any necessary deductions for broken or missing items.
2. Conference Room Fee of R500 per day (waived for overnight groups) 3. Balance of payment due on or before day of arrival. 4. No deposits will be carried over to future bookings.
5. Deposits are paid directly into our bank account (please see Booking Form).

Please respect Bridges neighbors and do not allow group members to trespass onto their property.
Premises are to be left in the same litter-free condition in which they were found.
An hourly labour charge will be added for excess litter left by your group.
