Activities.
There are three research schools in 2013 the three of them in India. An agreement with NBHM almost guarantees the success of the schools. In spite of it, embassies universities and other institutions are being contancted.
Main activities are in Irak, Nepal and the new projects in Turkey and neighbouring countries, together with mediterranean rim.

One week workshop by Adnane Azzouzi in July, on Matlab, Michel Jambu in Topology, Abdeljalil Nachaoui in applied mathematics, and Badih Ghattas on Statistics.
Two more to be prepared.
The convenion with the embassy has been requested but no answer so far

Intensive courses.
During 2012 we have reached an agreement with Salahaddin university. Professors fully payed by the university will go to teach for one month in the master program. Next April Nachaoui has accepted.

Meetings in Paris in order to settle a permanent center of higher education in mathematics in Irak.
The project is already in the government.
A visit to Bagdad.

During 2013 a workshop in Istambul at the mathematical village will be prepared by Bernard Teissier in algebraic geometry. Also we will have a meeting with mathematicians in Turkey to design future cooperation in the region.
Meetings in Paris to follow up.
Try to involve other countries actively. Visit to Tehran.

NEPAL
Course in Number Theory in TU is now in the syllabus of the university. Now taught by A. Singh.
Meeting in last November with VC of TU, president of Math. Society, president of MEC, president of NMC other mathematical institutions.
Next April intensive courses covered by VLP and TU. Partial Financial support by CIMPA recommended.
