Bidding- You can place a bid by calling 01483 272323 or emailing [email protected] The bidding cut-off date is midday on Friday 5th July 2013.- For your bid to be valid you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and be at least 18 years of age. You must supply: Full name, email address, telephone number and bid amount.- As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with DSWF if you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction. By bidding you are committing to buy, which is a legal commitment to purchase the item.- You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of your bid and make payment in accordance with the payment methods specified below. - You may not retract a bid except for limited circumstances under applicable law, for example if the item does not materially comply with the description provided.- We have full discretion to refuse to accept your bid or to withdraw any lot at any time for any reason.- All bids must be in £GBP- If you would like to be a telephone bidder on the evening of Friday 5 July 2013 when the actual auction will take place do let us know.

Reserves- We are entitled to set a reserve requirement on each item and are entitled to change these during the auction period. If the auction subject to a reserve ends without the reserve price being met you and us are released from any obligation to complete the transaction.

Auction - The physical auction will take place at Coworth Park, Ascot on Friday 5th July 2013.- The highest bid prior to the event will form the starting price for the item.- If you are the successful bidder you will be informed on Monday 8th July 2013.

Payment- Payment must be made by valid debit or credit card, excluding American Express and is due on Monday 8 July 2013.

Delivery- Postage and packing costs above the normal letter postal rate (ie. sculptures and paintings) which cannot be collected in person from the DSWF Gallery in Shalford, Surrey will be met by the successful bidder.

Returns- We will only accept return of the items if it can be shown that the description on the website is substantially different from that purchased and delivered- You acknowledge that there is no other right to return or cancel items that you have purchased and that the Consumer Protection Act 2000 (Distance Selling) Regulations do not apply to these services.
