Piemonte, a lawyer for 30 years and a former prosecutor and Solvay village judge, was accused in a federal indictment of accepting "a large sum" of money from three drug dealers in exchange for giving them fake documentation that they'd been arrested and had their 50 pounds of marijuana confiscated by police.
