Programmable Logic Controllers arestandard in most Aqua Clean clean-ing machines. This permits a highlevel of automation so that, for exam-ple, the control of conveyor systemscan be fully integrated with the clean-ing processes.
Naturally, the design group uses themost effective tool available, a high-ly developed CAD / CAM system. De-sign alterations can be effected atshort notice.
High quality materials, safe technology andcarefully planned details are transferredthrough the hands of highly skilled person-nel to functional units.
All cleaners are made of stainless steel.The angle of the bottom of the cleaningchamber results in the fast removal of theliquid trough the drainage valves and fil-ters back to the tanks.
Many detailed aspects of the machines arecarefully designed. For example pumps canbe disassembled for maintenance withoutfirst having to empty the tanks.
High speed production does not allow anykind of interruption. That is, for example,why the angled heating elements, which canbe changed during the cleaning process, isan important feature.

The principle of operation of Aqua Clean cleaners is effective andsafe. By spraying liquid from every direction in the enclosed stainlesssteel cabinet, dirt and grease are removed from the part.
The cleaning liquid, which consists of water and a small amount ofalkaline detergent, is sprayed with a combination of high flow and ahigh pressure against the surfaces to be cleaned. This combined withhigh temperature leads to an excellent cleaning result. The hightemperature also results in rapid drying after the cleaning stage.
The Aqua Clean machines are safe to the environment. The recircu-lating, closed cleaning process and a continuous filtration of theliquid ensures clean surroundings. This also reduces changingintervals and waste disposal costs. Our goal is to clean the compo-nents and spare the environment.

FULL-FLOW CLEANING FORPROBLEMATIC COMPONENTS
The BRC -Cleaners are designed for cleaning ofcomponents placed in a basket. The Full-Flow cleaningis carried out by means of spraying liquid with highpressure and flow into the bath. This result in a strongturbulence, which in combination with rotating basket isa highly effective method to clean channels, holes, etc.in the components
The BRC-Cleaners are equipped with a rotatingfixture, that can be oscillated. It is possible to perform1-6 stages in the same chamber, e.g. wash, rinse,passivation and drying. The recirculating cleaningliquids are pumped with separate pumps from eachtank and continuously filtrated through the filtrationunits.
The cleaners are already highly equipped as standard.Features like heat and sound insulation, stainless steelconstruction, automatic refill, overfill protection, high-pressure vertical multistage pumps and several otherkinds of equipment makes the cleaner a functional unit.
