Our processors can read or write each individual byte in the data carrier.But since the data carrier is divided into 16-byte blocks, the actualreading and writing is done by blocks. Our processor electronicsconverts this time accordingly. To calculate the Read/write times theblock read or write time must however be used.

20 ms are required to recognize a data carrier.

Individual access codes areallocated via programmabledata keys, which canthen be disabled to preventfurther programming.

Unauthorized personnelcannot manipulate the datakey as a result. The data keyis read via an antenna fittedto a special bracket and theprocessor unit then issuesthe data. Different interfacessuch as serial, PROFIBUS,INTERBUS, DeviceNetTM,Ethernet/IP or parallelinterfaces enable simpleconnection to the monitoredsystem. Available forsystems BIS C, BIS L andBIS M.

The benefits

The programmabledata key allows upgrades orreplacements withoutrequiring modifications to thesystem software.End users are independentof system providers. Theaccess system is easyto integrate in read/writestations that already use anidentification system.Simply connect the accessmonitoring antenna tothe second channel on theexisting processor unit.Hardware expenses arereduced to a minimum andsoftware only requiresslight modification in orderto process both channels.

Auswählbar übereinen Drehschalter.Die Umschaltung beiSchreib-/Leseköpfen erfolgtelektronisch und ist somitverschleißfrei. Über Rück-meldesignale kann dieLesekopfanwahl überwachtwerden. Die Auswahl desgewünschten Schreib-/Lesekopfes wird mit Hilfevon 2 x 4 Steuersignalenvorgenommen.

Es können maximal 2 Ex-pander in Serie geschaltetwerden. Mit dem neuenExpandermodul ist einekostengünstige und wirt-schaftlich skalierbare Erwei-terung bis zu 32 Schreib-/Leseköpfe mit nur einerAuswerteeinheit möglich.

Un élément essentiel pour lebon fonctionnement del'échange de données entrela tête d'écriture/lecture oula tête de lecture et lesupport de données est lerespect d'un temps deséjour suffisamment long dusupport de données àl'intérieur d'une airedélimitée par une distancedonnée de la tête d'écriture/lecture ou de la tête delecture.

Les deux dessins illustrentce phénomène; l'un desdessins des têtes de lecture/écriture ou de têtes delecture se rapporte à unmode avec un sens dedéplacement indifférent etl'autre dessin à unedisposition où le supportde données doit toujours sedéplacer selon un sensdonné.
