Q: What is the Infinity Gauntlet Program
A: The Infinity Gauntlet Program is a series of HeroClix events, which take place once a month starting in
January 2012 and run through the August 2012.
Q: Where can I find out more information about the program?
A: Over the coming months we will post the latest information about the program at
http://heroclix.com/infinity-gauntlet/
We will also have an Infinity Gauntlet workshop at the Alliance Open House in October. Be sure to stop
by the workshop or come by the booth for more info.
Q: How do I get involved?
A; Please contact your Alliance/Diamond sales rep or NECA direct sales rep to sign up for the program.
International customers can contact their distributor for more information.
Q: Are there any requirements in order to participate?
A; Yes, see below
Registration Requirements
You must register your store with the WizKids Event System located at www.wizkidsgames.com/events.
Starting in January you will be required to schedule a monthly Infinity Gauntlet event (1 per kit) in order
to continue participation in the program
Purchase Requirements
You must order 4 cases of Hulk (Dec) to get the month 1 & 2 kits
You must order 4 cases of Galactic Guardians (Mar) to get the month 3, 4, & 5 kits
You must order 4 cases of The Mighty Avengers (Jun) to get the month 6, 7, & 8 kits
Q: How do I register with WizKids to run the Infinity Gauntlet Events?
A: Go to www.wizkidsgames.com/events and click Create new VENUE Account
Q: What if I run out of Hulk product and can’t support the event I have scheduled?
A: We don’t expect any product shortages but in the unlikely event there are issues we’ll be flexible in
scheduling, format and product requirements.
Q: I missed the initial Infinity Gauntlet sign up but I want to get involved, can I still register?
A: Yes, as long as you meet all registration and purchase requirements before April 4th, 2012 (release
date of kit 4). However, you will be subject to all the requirements above including registration and
purchase requirements for ALL previous kits (see above).
Please be aware - if any prior kits are unavailable, WizKids/NECA may substitute other appropriate Organized Play kits for the
required kit at their discretion.
Q: I have more than 20 players in my store and I need another kit, can I purchase one?
A: In order to qualify for a second kit, you must meet the registration requirements above AND your
purchase requirements move to 12 cases as noted below.
Purchase Requirements for additional kit (limit 1 additional kit/month/store)
You must order 12 cases of Hulk (Dec) to get the month 1 & 2 kits
You must order 12 cases of Galactic Guardians (Mar) to get the month, 3, 4, & 5 kits
You must order 12 cases of The Mighty Avengers (Jun) to get the month 6, 7, & 8 kits
Q: I need a few more of the participation pieces but my purchases don’t qualify me for a second
kit. Can I get extra participation pieces?
A: Yes, please contact your distributor and sales rep. We should be able to help in cases where you need
a few more pieces.
Q: I just ordered 4 cases of HeroClix so that I may buy the Infinity Gauntlet OP Kit. Do I need to
purchase ANOTHER 2 cases of product to quality to purchase the set specific OP kits for Hulk,
Galactic Guardian and The Mighty Avengers)?
A: No, if you meet the 4 case purchase requirement for the Infinity Gauntlet kits 1 & 2. You can also
purchase 1 Incredible Hulk OP kit since you have already met the (2 case tier for HeroClix Set Specific OP
Kit).
