+ There will be bus picking up all the Delegates at 7:30 AM.

+ Please arrive the appointed place punctually or the Delegates need to be accountable for his/her own transportation to the venue.

+ Delegates who cannot make it for the provided transportation need to be responsible as well for his/her transportation to the venue.

+ The Appointed Waiting Area will be confirmed later in Official Delegate Facebook Group. Please be responsible for your own information updated.

• Delegates must follow the rule set in NLDC and in Bayon Resort and Spa

• Delegates are responsible for you own belongings.

• Delegates are responsible for any damages that you cause in Bayon Resort and Spa.

• Delegates have to cover for your personal expense that are not covered in the delegate fee.

• It is compulsory to be punctual for any sessions in the conference.

• Delegates are not allowed to invite or bring any individual who are not the delegate of NLDC to your room. If you do so, we will “NOT” responsible for any incidents or loss.

• Delegate can be banned in case there is inappropriate behavior conduct considered by the Organizing Committees or Bayon Resort and Spa.
