PEC support and engagement initiate a campus discussion on IT governance design and approve an IT governance framework (e.g. the decision matrix) create an executive IT committee (PEC) create an IT architecture and infrastructure committee (CIO +) clarify and re-assert the roles of ISC, ITSIG, VPAC and others.
