Procedure to submit an application

1. Register to the Eurostars website2. Get the application form3. Verify Acronym availability4. Fill in the application form5. Submit the application form6. Submit the annex documents7. Sign the commitment document

1. Register to Eurostars

• Go to public web site www.eurostars-eureka.eu

• Click on register• Fill in requested information• E-mail with password is sent• Info is sent to NPC

1.1 Login submitter section

• Go to website• Click “Registration”• Enter username/password• Renew password if the first time

1.2 Renew password

• Strong password– Minimum 8 characters including

• 1 capital letter• 1 lowercase letter• 1 digit

2. Get the application form

• Verify your Acrobat reader version (7.0.5 or higher)

• Download application form• Save the application form on

your computer

3. Verify Acronym availability

• Go to public website• Click on “Submit an application”• Login• Enter Acronym and verify

4. Fill in the application form

• Download the guidelines if not yet done

• Open the application form• Fill in the 4 parts.• Save the application form on

your computer

4. Application form part 1: General information

• Acronym• Title• Summary• Technological and Market codes

5. Submit the application form

• Go to public website www.eurostars-eureka.eu

• Click “Submit an application”• Upload the application form• Verify if it is OK• Confirmation E-mail is sent to submitter• Commitment E-mail (signature) send to

each participant (incl. application Form-read only)

• Information E-mail send to involved NPCs

6. Upload annex documents

• Go to website• Login with same user as the one

used for submitting application form

• Upload the requested annexes– Yearly Accounts– Draft Consortium agreement

7. Sign the commitment

• Document sent to each participant by E-mail

• Sign the document• Send it to the ESE by Fax, E-mail or

Post within the 14 calendar days, at the latest 7 calendar days after the cut-off-date
