How to Perform An Automated Calibration in DT Pro For Humidity Loggers

Program all loggers using 30 second or 1 minute intervals.

Next, right click on the programmed section and click “Cal Verification”

Next, change the setpoints to the setpoints you desire to check the loggers at, using the blue plus icon to add points, or the red X to remove points. Make sure to set adequate soak times for the humidity chamber to have time to equalize.

Next, Change your profile name if desired, and select “Soak Only” when performing humidity calibrations. Set your logging parameters to 5 points to log per setpoint or more. Set your logging interval to 30 seconds to match the programmed logger interval from earlier. This is VERY IMPORTANT. The logging interval MUST match the logger program interval.

On the next two tabs, “Logged Data” and “Calibration Status” the status of the calibration can be seen. Click the start button at the bottom of the screen and watch as the calibration progresses. The current set-point is visible, as well as the soak time remaining at the current setpoint and the number of logged points for the setpoint if any have been logged.

Finally, after the calibration cycle has finished. Click the “Process Data” tab and place a logger in the inter-face and click the “Read Logger” button. After the logger data appears, select the device to be calibrated and click “Slope and Offset Calibration.” Then, review the calibration data. If the data appears as desired and a calibration is necessary, then click “Apply calibration.” Perform these 4 steps for all loggers to be cali-brated. Finally, click “Cal Report” to see a final calibration report for the loggers.
