How to engage in chat with a guest

When a question comes in they get assigned a random name like Yellow Spider..

Replying appears at the bottom of the main chat window. Simply type then hit reply

You can add a note to the chat & tag someone for help on a chat. The tagged person will be sent an email if they are not logged into the chat session with your note. Use the @ symbol then

select who you want the note for.
