With the Spirit of Christmas and the Joy of Giving, each year, the InterContinental Jordan accompanied with Santa Clause celebrated the holy season with the family of Mother Teresa Dar Al Salam on 15.12.12 & Holy land institute for the deaf on 17.12.12.

InterContinental Chefs prepared special meals for the institutes’ members who enjoyed it together with the sta� & management of the hotel who went there to spend the day with them

The Children & elderly enjoyed the Christmas Atmosphere prepared by the Hotel’s representatives & were overwhelmed by the gifts that Santa Clause brought for them, wishing the institutes during our festive season, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

As the Christmas season gets under way the InterContinental Jordan sta� and management brought the spirit of Christmas to the Saint Vincent De Paul Orphanage Home on Sunday 16.12.12. Celebrating the holiday season and the spirit of giving, the InterContinental Jordan takes pride in its yearly tradition of sending Santa Clause loaded with gifts to the children of the orphanage.

Mr. Jan Ifcic, General Manager of InterContinental Jordan said: “It was our great pleasure to share the joy and laughter of the holiday season with the children of Saint Vincent de Paul. We at the InterContinental Jordan are fortunate to have the opportunity to share the true meaning of the holiday season with those less fortunate and most importantly, we’re happy to have the chance to give back to our community.”

Armed with gifts, Santa was nearly as happy as the children to watch their eyes light up as they opened their holiday treasures. The InterContinental Jordan provided lunch for the children as part of their commitment in supporting the orphanage over the holidays and throughout the winter season. Sta� and management at the InterContinental Jordan took pride in the opportunity to joyfully carry out the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) mission to assist those less fortunate not only during the holiday season, but throughout the year.

SEASONAL FESTIVITIES BROUGHT TO LIFE ATINTERCONTINENTAL JORDAN

InterContinental Jordan brings to life its seasonal festivities, where the hotel held its Christmas Tree Lighting event on December 6th 2012, with the joyful sounds of the Dozan Wa Awtar Choir .The forecourt, lobby, restaurants and the public areas of the hotel were all filled with blissful colors, and the Christmas decorations were lit marking a tantalizing presence and a cheerful façade for the people.

InterContinental Jordan will celebrate a Joyful Christmas, where many activities are taking place in many areas of the hotel, from the pleasant choir performances to extravagant food and beverages. Children, Families and friends will all enjoy the Seasonal Festivities brought to life by InterContinental Jordan.

NINE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS AT INTERCONTINENTAL JORDAN

Friends of Jordan Festivals in cooperation with InterContinental Jordan and sponsors brought to Jordan its biggest Christmas celebration ever: the Nine Days of Christmas. From Thursday 6 December through Friday 14 December.

The InterContinental Jordan was the place to go for a good dose of Christmas cheer and goodwill, with daily festivities included a Christmas market, magical decorations, visits with Santa, and a unique variety of creative activities for all ages.

CHILEAN WINE EVENING AT INTERCONTINENTAL JORDAN

InterContinental Jordan hosted a Chilean Wine Evening on Monday 10th December 2012 at the Café Boulevard, the spacious café area that overlooks the hotel's lobby area.

The wine evening takes place every month, o�ering di�erent types of exclusive wine from di�erent countries around the world, serving both red and white wines to the guests along with a rich bu�et o�ering a variety of food, desserts and fine cheeses.

The event takes place every second Monday of every month. This hotel's genuine activity attracts many guests and friends of InterContinental Jordan, as they participate in a bustle that o�ers a relaxing and unwinding environment in the stylish atmosphere that the hotel o�ers at the Café Boulevard, also this occasion gives a great opportunity for the guests to taste, invigorate and enjoy the unique flavour of luxurious wines and a delicious bu�et that will suit the type of wine that night, and also to enjoy the soothing sounds of the hotel's background music performed by the pianist.
