Karlshochschule International University

As a state-accredited university of applied sciences, which is

supported by a non-profit foundation, Karlshochschule Internatio-

nal University follows a practice- and market-oriented and, above

all, international teaching philosophy with strong partners from the

business community. Accordingly, our eight unique Bachelor of Arts

degree programs as well as our consecutive Master of Arts degree

program are internationally recognized and have a clear focus on

future growth industries and key foreign markets:

Bachelor of Arts degree in only six semesters, Master of Arts

degree in four semesters

Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and

the Arts Baden-Württemberg; recognized and accredited by the

FIBAA*

Excellent results in the CHE-ranking (most comprehensive and

detailed ranking of German higher education institutions)

International orientation: Modules predominantly taught in Eng-

lish from the third semester onwards, MA in Leadership program

and BA in International Business entirely taught in English, inter-

national students may complete the curriculum entirely in English

Study of a second foreign language and semester abroad, highly

practical approach due to mandatory internship, wide variety of

company projects and strong ties with the business community

Small groups and personal atmosphere with individual mento-

ring by staff members

* The FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) is one of the six accreditation agencies responsible for evaluating functional and conceptual aspects of BA and MA degree programs in Germany on behalf of the German Accreditation Council.

The scholarship

The aim of Karlshochschule International University is to support talen-

ted and committed young people from all over the world. The university

awards scholarships for bachelor and master studies covering the tution

fees of the whole degree program.

The application for the scholarship consists of two parts: the written

application and a telephone interview.

The first step is to hand in your application documents to „UNI-ASSIST

e.V.“, a certification office handling international applications. It will check

if your application documents are complete and if your application

meets our formal admission requirements. Please refer to the interna-

tional scholarship program in your motivation letter and explain your

professional goals, the reasons for selecting your study program and

your reasons to study at Karlshochschule, Germany.

Once your documents have met the formal requirements, you will be

invited to take part in a telephone interview that allows us to get to know

your character, your interests and skills and gives you the opportunity to

learn more about us.
