BEFORE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON UN MDGSFor delegates who will arrive before official check-in (17th of April) there are2 options to stay in Tbilisi

is on the main avenue of Tbilisi right in the heart of the city, in the cultural and historic centre. The location serves as a great logistic point. Busses from airport stop just across the street in front of opera house,so one can save lots of money and effort while getting to us. As well the attractions of the old part of the town arejust 10-15 minutes of walking away. Two metro stations (Rustaveli and Tavisuplebis (Freedom) Square)are just 5 minutes of walking away from the hostel. Public transportation is cheap and safe in Tbilisi.

WE ARE…stylish and cleanHostel itself is set in the early 1900-s historic building, perfect example of art nouveau architecture inTbilisi. Spacey rooms, high ceilings and beautiful doorways are welcoming you. We have two balconiesgoing on the Avenue, where you can sit and enjoy cup of coffee or tea, maybe lit a cigarette and observethe centre of Caucasus which is going to sleep or waking up on a sunny morning.

Hostel Greenhouse, a two-storied house with a courtyard, huge balcony and a big common room with a pianoand fireplace is a family business run by a mother and a son. One may take advantage for enjoying the exhibitiondisplayed by the owners of the Hostel and find friendly artistic environment as they can view Georgianethnographic items, paintings and patchwork obtained and created by the hosts. The property has designated areas for smoking (balcony); Free luggage storage while you explore the region.

Accommodation offers clean and comfortable rooms, two bathrooms, hot water supply, heating system,washing machine, big kitchen with all necessary facilities. Hostel rooms have access to a terrace with a beautifulview outside. Hostel courtyard is full of fruit trees and the guests may enjoy sitting outside and relaxing, especiallyin summer time.

Delegates that have paid their invoices by bank transfer and sent all requireddocuments by 31th of March will have a fast check-in upon arrival at the special

registration desk.

Dear Delegates! All payments of International Conference on UN MDGs fees will bedone according to invoice, which is send to you by the Conference team. We have 3ways of paying the fee Bank transfer in Euros Online payment in Euros Cash payment during the conference registration (for Georgian delegates) on the venue in Euros.

PAYMENTS

All delegates are allowed to make changes, cancel or replace delegate registrationsbased on the following timeline and conditions - changes are not recommended innormal scenarios to avoid any issues with getting Invitation Letter & VISA on time asdelegates accepted who do not receive VISA on time is fully responsible for it.

Delegates who will make payment and will be unable to attend the conference willreceive payment back.(100 euros minus percentage which is required for moneytransfers).

But this does not include participants who will not notify about inability to attend theconference before 5th April, 2015. In this case they will not receive conference feeback.

CANCELATION POLICY
