A successful interview begins before the actual interview is conducted.

Some of the components of a job interview are:

1. Demonstrating Knowledge about the company

2. proving that you are the right candidate

3. Talking about your previous working experience and career changes positively

4. Asking relevant questions

Demonstrating knowledge about the company is extremely

important. on the one hand, if you do so employers will respect you more. On the other, it allows you to show how your qualifications

meet the company´s needs.

Be ready to mention your strengths and weaknesses. But

most importantly, be ready to talk about your most significant

professional accomplishments

management and public speaking skills.

Speak positively about current employers, career changes and previous experiences. i.e., don't

mention how many mistakes you have made, instead talk about how much you have learned from such

a positive experience.

How to talk about your working experience using correct tenses

Ask questions after you sense the interviewer has exhausted the

questions of the interview. Asking APPROPRIATE questions gives you a clearer idea of what the employer expects from you.

● Can you describe a typical assignment?● Are there any opportunities for advancement?● How do you train employees?● what do you like most about working for this

company?● If I were hired, what would be my first project or

production goal?

Don´ts:

● Don't use slang or act too casual● Don't talk about a specific salary

amount or benefits● talk about time or schedules

● Answer as if you are reciting a script. An interview should be a formal

conversational experience

Do´s:● Smile warmly and shake hands● Make eye contact● Maintain a good posture● Dress professionally● Sleep well the night before● rehearse to gain poise and confidence● Listen and rephrase questions if you

have doubts.

two days of the interview. It should be

brief and should reiterate your
