INTERVIEW WITH THE HEAD TEACHER Having an interview with the head of Solihull

Sixth Form was important for our documentary as we got his views on knife crime and whether he believes the police are doing enough to stop it. We also got background information about the college and found out whether the actual college had encountered any knife crime incidents before.

To get an interview with the head teacher you normally have to book an appointment however as our documentary was on a serious topic he believed he had to answer to help teenagers to get drop the knives

The interview was conducted in a very professional environment which helps our documentary to come across as realistic as possible

The information we gained was very detailed and linked to our subject question quite well, we found out that the people who carry knives believe they do it for there own safety however they are actually the ones who are more likely to use them and get hurt with a knife
