With a worldwide network of accredited agents spanning across six continents, you can be assured that we have the right move for you.

PRE-MOVE SURVEY

We send a representative to your home, who will go with you from room to room to view, measure and access the proposed volume of your household e�ects. Depending on the size of your property, this could be between 30 minutes to One and Half hrs.FORMAL QUOTATIONFollowing our visits, you will receive a written formal quotation within 3 working days or less, highlighting the services that will be undertaken by the worldwide relocations, according to your removal requirements.

MOVE DAY

Every aspect of an overseas relocation is important. However, the day of the move is of particular importance. A lot of care and preparation has been taken into account so that the crew will arrive with all the relevant materials to ensure that your house-hold e�ects are professionally export packed and wrapped. In addition, they will label each item and create an inventory list, which you will sign and keep a copy for your records.

OCEAN OR FREIGHT

If you have enough possessions to warrant a Full Container Load (FCL) as assessed in our Pre-Move Survey, then the container will be positioned outside your residence (assuming normal access) for the crew to securely load, seal and transport directly to the port of exit and shipped to its respective destination.If you do not have su�cient possessions to �ll a container, then your e�ects will return to our warehouse where they will be loaded in the next available groupage container. We are able to o�er air freight services for personal e�ects that require immedi-ate transportation.

DELIVERY AT DESTINATION

The �nal aspect of your move consists of customs clearance, delivery and unloading items into your new residence. In some countries, it is imperative that you present yourself to the customs authorities. In other countries you may require to arrange a visit to our appointed agents so it is important to factor this when making travel arrangements. Our worldwide networks of accredit-ed agents operate to the same protocol to ensure that clearance and delivery are done in time, to unload and unpack your e�ects and clear any unwanted rubbish from your new residence.
