Legend Of Dracula - Vlad Țepeș was the Prince of Wallachia. During his reign, it has temporarily won independence from the Ottoman Empire and the state developed. He is known as Prince Impaler, due to his manner to execute enemies. The book written by Bram Stoker, Dracula, is not directly based on the rule of Vlad Țepeș, but a fiction that takes place in Transylvania in nineteenth century England. Following the success of the novel Transylvania is associated with the fictional - CharacterDracula.

attestation of the city was made in 1191 by the pope Celestine the third.

• At first the city was called Cibinium in 1191, in 1223 was named Villa Hermanni, and after that in 1366 was known as Hermannstadt, and after many years was named Sibiu.
