What is Turkish National Committee (TNC)

Turkish National Committee (TNC) is the member of World Energy Council (WEC).

WEC is the foremost multi-energy organization in the world today. WEC has member 

committees in nearly 100 countries, including most of the largest energy-producing

and energy consuming countries. Established in 1923; the organization covers all

types of energy, including coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear, hydro, and renewables.

TNC is a registered association in Ankara Turkey. The members of the association are

energy producing corporations, bodies related with energy, and prominent

individuals in the energy industries. TNC shares the same mission as WEC “To promote

the sustainable supply and use of energy for the greatest benefit of all people”.

About Us

Young Energy Group is established under the TNC similar to

the members of youth groups within World Energy Council

where the majority of students form the community.

AimYoung people who are the members of the young energy

group;

  Express the thoughts, knowledge and efforts of youth

group members

  Reflect the perspectives of young people who are

interested in the field of energy sector .

  Energy innovations that occur in the world will be

expressed with the young energy members perspective.

  Students who are not the members of The Young Energy

Group will have a chance to improve their communication

and knowledge as they are keeping abreast of the new

versions of the e-journal.
