DATES & LOCATIONS
We are pleased to announce that 3,570
Source4Teachers substitutes worked 100+
assignments in the 2015/2016 school year
– thank you for your dedication! The
more you work, the more effective
a substitute you become. Schools may
even start specifically requesting you to
fill vacancies!
Working frequently helps you to feel more
comfortable in your assignments; you
become familiar with a school’s policies
and procedures while bringing your skills
and confidence in the classroom to a new
level. With a stronger grasp of students’
academic needs, you are able to adapt
your teaching strategies for maximum
impact. Ultimately, more learning can be
accomplished and continuity is ensured.
Realizing the considerable benefits
of a regularly-working substitute, we
encourage you to accept as many jobs
as possible!
100+ CLUB
Congratulations to the recipient of our 2015 Source4Teachers Impact Award, Jennifer Alexander.
The Impact Award, which coincides with National Substitute Educators Day, recognizes a Source4Teachers substitute based on the following factors:
• Total number of days worked in a one-year period (November 2014 – October 2015)
• Positive feedback from school districts
• A proven commitment to going above and beyond what is expected of a substitute
Jennifer Alexander worked 157 days in the designated period. She was regularly praised by the leadership in the schools she most regularly worked (Warwick High School in VA) and she consistently asked school administrators what else she could do to help.
As part of this recognition, Jennifer received $500 personally and an additional $500 to donate to the school of her choice.
Well done, Jennifer!
The 2016 Source4Teachers Impact Award is right around the corner – keep up the great work and you could win!

MissionOne “Mission of Excellence”
Winners
Throughout the school year, we recognize exemplary Source4Teachers and MissionOne employees who embody our high standards for excellence. School district personnel nominate individuals based on their performance. Nominees must meet the following criteria: work at least 4 days per month; have no disciplinary action; exhibit a positive attitude toward work responsibilities, colleagues, and students; and carry out additional responsibilities beyond their required duties. Last year, we honored 15 Source4Teachers and 7 MissionOne employees, and we can’t wait to add to our “Hall of Fame” this year!
Congratulations to all of our 15/16 Hall of Fame inductees!
