Where we came from…..

• Began implementation with 4 Community Mental

Health Centers - 6 ES’s, 4 SE Supervisor’s and

5 VR liaisons - currently working with 19 sites

• Goal is to work with new and existing programs

so that consistent Supported Employment will

be available to EVERY person with serious

mental illness and/or substance use who wants

to WORK!
