Looking ahead, the residential market in the UAE is expected to soften over the second half of the year. While it’s dif�cult to predict when the next growth cycle will be, we expect the residential market to level out by the end of 2018 before seeing sharp growth in 2019. On a segment split, we expect prime residential properties will continue to outperform the market average in the short-to- medium term.

On 15 March 2005, The International Real

Estate and Investment Show was launched

with the vision of becoming the most

preferred real estate investment platform

for UAE Residence and Regional investors.

During the golden period of Real Estate, the

exhibition witnessed approx. US$ 1/2 Billon

worth of transactions take place from over

20,000 visitors.

We work closely with developers and

agents in understanding their projects,

properties and target audience and then

act as a marketing arm to bring highly rele-

vant investors for their projects. Real-time

surveys are also conducted with institution-

al investment houses and local and expat

HNW investors. This lead to a slow but plau-

sible results for the exhibitors. With deals

worth US$ 220 million from 8606 visitors

during IREIS on 2-4 November 2017.
