Or a vegetarian who eats certain animals and not others. 3. Although being a vegetarian is healthier, there are needed guide lines: A correct lifestyle change. Correct intake of nutrients. Correct intake of water. Correct amount of daily exercise.. 4. The daily intake of a vegetarian. 5. Downfalls of eating meat: High Cholesterol High Blood Pressure Increase risk of diabetes. 6.
