Electrical and NBN works on Stage 16 are expected to start this week. Sewerage works on Stage 17 and 18 is progressing well with drainage outfalls to be installed in the coming weeks.
Construction on Stage 19 including electrical and NBN works and kerb and channel works are expected to commence this month.
Earthworks on Stage 20 have commenced with the sewerage and drainage works commencing in October.
