We were appointed as ProjectManagers and Quantity Surveyors inJanuary 2015. The programme was extremelytight with a ten week works window available tocomplete in time for the start of the new school year inSeptember 2015. However, with good team work and clear
direction the works were completed on timeand the standard and quality of works issecond to none.
Following the success of the dining hall, wehave also been appointed on their newPerforming Arts Centre. The project willconsist of a 450 seater theatre withspecialist lighting, audio visual installation,dance studio, music tutor oral room and twoclassrooms.

SCHOOL
Continuing in the Educationsector we have been appointed
as Project Managers and QuantitySurveyors on the new two storey
Clubhouse and six new lacrosse sports pitchesfor Bedford Girls’ School. The plans also consist of
a large scale external landscaping scheme including anorchard to supply the School with organic produce for
school dinners. The site was home to Great Crested Newts whichwere translocated before works could commence on site. The School is
dedicated to conserving the wildlife in the area and are creating threeponds and hibernacula’s to encourage nature into the area. This is our third
appointment by the School after the successful merger of the schools and the libraryrefurbishment.
BEDFORD GIRLS’ SCHOOL - ASTRO PITCH REPLACEMENTWe are delighted to have been appointed by Bedford Girls’ School as ProjectManagers and Quantity Surveyors on the new astro pitch. This is our fourth consecutive appointment by the School.
WRENBRIDGE LAND - OPUS 2This is our second project for Wrenbridge Land. ‘Opus 2’; A site of 2.15 acres in an established warehouse and distribution location close toWrenbridge’s new speculative development at Graviton Park, Belvedere. Wrenbridge is planning to deliver a new self contained highspecification warehouse and distribution unit of 45,000 sq ft with secure yard and generous parking provision.

Works have completed on a 336,800 sq ft warehouse development for Goodman UK Logistics with Goodrich acting as ProjectManagers and Quantity Surveyors. The development comprises warehouse and three storey integral office space;15 metre clear height within the warehouse, a 55 metre yard, 337 car parking spaces and 58 HGVspaces. The warehouse has been designed utilising a Twin-Therm Roof giving theillusion of a curved roof which is aesthetically more pleasing on the eye.

Barwood Capital hasappointed us as Project
Managers and Quantity Surveyorson the development of approximately
5.9 acres of land with planning consent for a 150,000 sq ft office development. The project
comprises four office buildings ranging from 25,000 sqft to 60,000 sq ft which are being marketed on a pre-let
basis ready for occupation in 2017.
Works completed inOctober 2015 on the new5,000 sq ft two storey headquartersfor ACS&T Logistics, the leading providerin temperature controlled storage. The newoffices include a state of the art business continuitysuite and is now ACS&T’s central hub which will becomehome to their management, sales and marketing, networkplanning, human resources and commercial sales teams. We are delighted tohave been appointed asProject Managers and QuantitySurveyors on our second project forAirkix in Bristol. The new indoor skydivingfacility is being developed as part of a newSports Village which also includes winter sportsfacilities, sports retail, hotel and car showroom. The newindoor skydiving tunnel will benefit from a state of the artglass tube. Works are due to commence in 2016 and it isexpected to be open to the public in 2017.
We have completedon the redevelopment of
the American Air Museum. Appointed as Contract administra-
tor/Project Manager the project involved theconservation of the exhibits which contain a
number of iconic aircraft such as the B-52 Bomber andthe SR-71Blackbird. This is the second reconfiguration of the
exhibits within the AAM and work involved meticulous planning andprecision to ensure the historic aircraft were not damaged in the process.
To enable the aircraft to be conserved, the huge glazed façade needed to belowered in sections, allowing space to move the aircraft out for conservation and
then back in for display.

Bradgate CountryPark in Leicestershire is in a
popular countryside destination.They are extending their current
visitors centre to make the exhibition areamuch larger and include some office space. The
