While with us be att a Baked Apple for breakfast every morning, anld at dinner he had Apple Pie for dessert. When he went to uffal)o he took with him the m ! ,emory of these Bellclalre dishes, the first t«t he made of the servilce In hi own Hotel was to order a Baked Apple for a preakfast and Apple Pie for 41 nner. Apparently neither dish came qulte up to the Bellaclalre standard, so he wrote us a letter as follows: "Buffalo, June i, 19t6.
