You Can Understand the Bible!

If you want a better understanding of our faith, and a deeper relation-ship with God, then you should join us for The Bible Timeline Study, beginning February 5th, from 6:30-8:00. By being a part of this study, you will not only benefit personally, but you will also help to bring about a profound renewal in our parish as we all grow closer to Christ.

The Bible Timeline is a Catholic Bible study that can help anyone to make sense of the Bible and experience the life-changing power of God’s Word. The study takes you on a journey through the entire Bible and brings you deep into each period of salvation history, so that you can discover the amazing story woven throughout all of Scripture. The Bible Timeline has helped hundreds of thousands of people to have a better understand the Bible and a deeper relationship with Christ, and it will help you too.

The study will include a series of twenty-four videos presented by Jeff Cavins. Each video will be preceded by a lively group discussion. Eve-ryone who participates will need to purchase The Bible Timeline Study Kit, which is $34.95. Please call or email me if you are interested in joining this study. We will meet on Fridays from 6:30-8pm in the Lower Church, beginning on February 5th. If you have any questions, please call. We would love to have you join us! watch the event. Special thanks goes out to Scott, Donna, Bambi, Jett, Trinty, Gianna

and Ceclia for allowing us to show their animals which always makes a live nativity very special. Also thanks to Dennis

and Rick Miller for the help in making the manger scene and setting it up. A big thank you goes to Monsignor and Fa-

From Msgr. Frank Chiodo

Dear Parishioners,

During this year of Mercy watch for our parish observance of the Holy Year, such as:

1. Book discussion group

2. Bible study

3. Occasional bulletin inserts with more ways to observe this special Jubilee year.

4. Look forward to a 3 day parish mission during Lent focusing on all things Catholic. This will

be an opportunity to ask Msgr. Chiodo questions about our faith.

5. Look for Mercy Minutes on our St. Anthony Facebook page.

Iowa Catholic Radio is also doing one minute spots highlighting the Year of Mercy 3 times daily on your 1150AM radio

channel featuring Msgr. Chiodo.

Watch for more events to come.

Have a Blessed week.
