CONNECTIONS “The Pinnacle of Senior Living” Elijah’s Place One of my favorite things about Mt. Carmel Community is our name. The original site was located on Mt. Carmel Road, but we kept the name even when we changed locations. The biblical connection was the perfect fit for the Christian environment we were seeking to establish. Just as God displayed his power and worked a mighty miracle on Mt. Carmel in ancient days, I am continually amazed at the way the way the Lord has blessed Mt. Carmel Community. One such blessing is the memory care center that will open in the near future at this location. Continuing with the biblical theme, we chose “Elijah’s Place” as the name for our latest phase of continuing care that will serve our community and especially those who struggle with more extensive dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. We are pleased and thankful to be able to provide this level of care and security for residents who have this need. -Jimmy JANU ARY 2 016 Elvis Day! Mt.
