Operation Spark Student Contract

As an Operation Spark student, I understand and agree to the following:

1. I will put in a 100% effort in every class and work hard to complete all assignments by their due

date.

2. I will miss no more than two classes in the semester. If I do need to miss a class, I will email

the counselor or administrator at my school as early as possible, and no later than 3 PM on the

day of class.

3. If I am absent three times, Operation Spark will drop me from the class, and I may face

consequences from my school, which is covering all or part of my tuition.

4. If my counselor and Operation Spark instructor agree that I have fallen behind or need extra

help, I will attend one or more Saturday tutoring sessions offered by Operation Spark.

5. Operation Spark classes are taken for credit, and I will receive a letter grade.

6. Operation Spark is a professional tech workspace. Disrespect toward my instructor or

classmates or disruptions of any kind will not be tolerated. Any serious infraction will result in

being dropped from the class immediately and follow-up through my school's behavior referral

and discipline policies.
